Mushroom Miso Broth with Tofu, Noodles and Ginger

Here's an awesome way to take your Every Other Day Mushroom Miso Soup and build on a great base.

Simply add:

150-200g silken tofu, diced

½ - 1 tsp grated ginger (to taste)

Every Other Day noodles

Make Every Other Day noodles and mushroom miso soup powder as per instructions into portable mug or bowl. Gently stir in your diced tofu and ginger.
